What Size Clubbell would be Good for You?

As you will see on the Torque Athletic website, clubbells are available in many different sizes. (Note: Please read my Clubbells page first.) Which would be right for you?
If you are mostly interested in shoulder health and flexibility, you will never need a heavier clubbell than the 5 lb one. If you want to develop more strength, you will need a heavier bell. Clubbell exercises can be performed one hand at a time, so it is not necessary to buy two, unless you want the extra challenge of coordinating movements with both hands. A man with experience in strength training could start with one or two 15-pound clubbells and work his way up the scale to heavier bells as his skill and strength improved. A strong woman could start with a ten-pound club and then work her way up.
